Thank you for choosing to have a Story Time Felts online party!  You and your guests can look forward to a fun and informative event.  Whether this is your first party or your 101st, I will work with you to assure that it will be a rewarding one.  Just follow this easy checklist, and you are well on your way to earning loads of FREE felt and discount hostess rewards!

  Write the closing date in your calendar and I'll write it in mine! 

I want to reserve a party date especially for you!  You may begin inviting guests to browse and make purchases as soon as I post your personal party page and your personalized e-vite, but it is important to set a deadline for purchases to ensure that your guests will receive their orders in a timely fashion.   This closing day also becomes a special day for you, as I will also apply any unsolicited orders that I receive that day to your party totals!!  I average anywhere from $30 to $300 or more in orders every day.  That will go a long way towards boosting your totals and getting you even more rewards!  Just visit the  Felt Board Stories Calendar and choose a date for which no other hostess is listed, then Contact Me and I will reserve it for you.  

  Plan for success by taking the "10-5-1" Hostess Challenge. 

Have at least 10 orders for your party, 5 completed prize drawing forms, and 1 prearranged booking and you will receive an additional free gift from me at the close of your party!!  I will explain each of these criteria more as we go, and completing this checklist will guarantee that your prize is in the bag!!

  Choose whom you'll invite. 

Who do you know that would just LOVE the Story Time Felts products?  Think of people from many different groups and all walks of life.  Here is a short list of suggestions to help you brainstorm.  Write down any names that come to mind - don't worry about whether or not they will come - just write it down, invite them, and let them choose for themselves!  Remember, to have at least 10 orders for your party, you will need to invite 25 - 30 people. You can invite: friends, homeschoolers, parents, crossing guards, school teachers, bus drivers, relatives, former teachers, day care providers, grandparents, neighbors, children's friend's parents, college students, new moms, beauticians, PTA members, club members, preschool teachers, Sunday School teachers, friends from church, scout leaders, coaches, co-workers, or librarians.  As I said, these are just a few .  You can invite anyone at all who has a child in their life - and that is just about everyone!!

  Forward the invitation.  (Or let me do it for you!!!)

Every hostess will receive a personalized e-vite type invitation in her e-mail.  You can either use the links in the invitation to invite your guests via e-mail, or If you prefer that I take care of the e-mailing, which I am happy to do, you can just give me your list!   Submit Your Guest List here on the website, and I will take it from there!  The specially designed e-vite will actually send the guests to your personal party page where guests can even fill out their prize drawing form on the spot.

  Get at least 5 completed prize drawing forms.

On your party page, there will be a link to a prize drawing form for your guests to fill out.  I appreciate any input or insight I can get.  Anyone who completely fills one out will have her name entered into a drawing for a free gift valued at up to $15.  It shouldn't be hard to get everyone to fill one out!

  Choose a Chat Date (if you'd like one.)

I love to talk directly with guests, as well.  I am happy to arrange for a "chat party" here in my own chat room to answer questions or help guests make selections.  These parties are very short but very fun and helpful for answering the questions and concerns that invariably come up.  Again, just  contact me when you have selected your "chat party" date and time and I will add that day as well to my Felt Board Stories Calendar.

  Get 1 Prearranged Booking.

Take a look at your guest list.  I'll bet you can spot at least one person right away who will love the Story Time Felts products and would like to get some for FREE!  Invite her to pre-arrange her party date.  You'll receive a $15 Booking Certificate to be redeemed at her party!  Contact Me with her information, and I will get information to her ASAP.  And if you know of more than one, that's great!!  There is absolutely no limit on how many booking certificates you can earn!

You've done your work and done it well!  Now, it's time to dream big!  Take a look at all the hostess rewards available, and start planning which Story Time Felts products you will earn for yourself, your family, or as gifts!  Just add items to your Wish List, make it "available," and when we close your party, I will help arrange your choices so that you can get the most products possible for FREE.
