• Fax - You can download a PDF version of our current Consultant Application.   (Please note that PRECUT kit prices are not listed on the application.  If you prefer a PRECUT kit, just write it in and adjust the price as you complete the application.)  Complete the application and fax it to me at 770-252-8847.

• E-mail your request now to Heather Wright after reading the Application/Agreement. Please include the following information:

  Full Name
  Address
  Phone Number
  Your Choice of Kit

Please do not send other personal information in an e-mail!!  I'll process your application and contact you within 24 business hours for payment info, social security number, etc.  

• Mail - You can download a PDF version of our current Consultant Application. Complete the application and return it to the Story Time Felts office via mail. (Mailing address is on the application.) Please indicate Heather Wright as your Sponsor, unless you've been working with someone else.

• Request printed material to be sent directly to you. Email Heather Wright wiith your address, indicating you are interested in Busines Opportunity Application.   If you'd like to find a consultant in your area, please visit the  Information Request Page at Funfelt.com - this will refer you to another independent distributor at least somewhat local to you.
